Service Satisfaction At GN Cleaning Pro, we strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will address your concerns promptly.

No Refunds
Please note that GN Cleaning Pro operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once a cleaning service has been completed and payment has been made, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
Rescheduling and CancellationsRescheduling:

If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
